Norfolk Governors’ Network – Representing Governors in Norfolk
Every school governing body is a member of the NGN. The NGN is run by an elected County Committee, whose members meet with Norfolk County Council Children’s Services staff on a regular basis to discuss a wide range of topics.
The NGN's aim is to provide all school governors with help and support in meeting the challenges and responsibilities involved with being a governor. This is achieved by keeping governors up to date with current issues and by ensuring that their views are heard. NGN publishes NGN News, a newsletter which is sent to every school in Norfolk to be circulated to governors and is available of the website. NGN arranges free meetings open to all governors on topical issues.
